The school of dance “Ekfrasis” is located in the centre of Chania at intersections of roads El. Venizelos and V. Ougo 2 . It has been established in Chania since 1999. It is spacious, modern, and suitably equipped, complete with a dance studio, air conditioning, wooden flooring, large mirrors, big screen tv, and reception area where one can get away from it all, relax.and enjoy a refreshing drink.
The profits gained to the mind and body from dancing are innumerable. It is an amusing and social pastime, but also ideal as aerobic exercise. Systematic dancing exercise decreases stress, improves flexibility, and helps our peptic and circulatory system. In short, it keeps us fit!
